Hours: Part time hours 6-10/week, (Sunday) non-exempt

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overview

· Ability to understand and take written and verbal instruction and produce results with little supervision.

· Identify and document discovered issues or findings of failed or damaged equipment or resources to the Facilities Manager, for scheduling of repair or replacement.

· Support Timberlake Church Weekend Services.

Tasks and Responsibilities.

· Parking lot trash or debris removal

· Playground walkways are clear of obstructions and debris.

· Playgrounds clear of garbage.

· Keep walkways, corridors, and common areas clear of debris or received goods.

· Perform weekend service/weekday school transitions of resources.

· Event set-up and tear down.

· Parking lot organic clean-up. Weed removal, deadwood removal.

· Roadside perimeter checks.

· Insure all trash receptacles are cleaned and disinfected on a weekly basis.

· Incidental laundry – when needed.

· Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES

· Ability to teach and coach others in areas of cleaning.

· Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure.

· Self-starter needing minimal supervision.

· Works well with others and within a team

· Well organized

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
