* This is an hourly position that pays overtime for hours worked over 40 in any week and on weekends. This is a 12-hour rotating shift. Our facility operates 24/7.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use powered industrial trucks to move finished goods on a trailer or broke to pulper
• Perform minor adjustments to equipment
• Complete safety inspections for lift trucks, hoists, bobcat, and other equipment
• Handling of materials which may include tissue rolls or various forms of incoming fiber
• Contribute to stock prep operation by feeding pulpers or assisting in the deinking plant

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience preferred in a paper mill in an industrial setting
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English including, but not limited to the ability to read and comprehend instruction manuals, instructions sheets, training manuals, and other verbal/computer-based training
• Ability to move about all areas of the plant, including catwalks, deck grating, uneven surfaces, confined spaces, stairs, and stationary vertical ladders
• Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 75 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to navigate various computer applications for data collection and reporting purposes

Equipment Used:

• Forklift, hoists, bobcat, and hand tools
• PPE – Personal Protective Equipment
