Pallet repair position with CHEP Services starting at $17.60. Potential to earn up to $28.00 with incentives!

CHEP Services is the world’s largest pallet services company. We are hiring a pallet repair operator for our location in Ashley, IN. Are you a pallet repair/builder? Are you familiar with the use nail guns, and reciprocating saws? Do you have construction experience? Are you able to perform the physical requirements of the position like lifting and moving around 70 pounds repeatedly through the day? CHEP Services offers:

Position requires:

· Experience with air tools, & power tools

· Physically being able to perform the duties of the position

Would like individuals to have some experience in operating LP (propane) forklift, and EPJs (electric pallet jacks, but experience not required.

Starting pay will be $17.60/hour for the first two weeks of training. Once you begin working on the repair table pay will jump to $19.35 and once you begin averaging 25 repairs an hour, you will move up to $20.50. With potential to earn up to $28.00 with production rate/incentives.
