JOB SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a Paid Media Analyst to translate numbers into actionable insights and optimization opportunities. The Paid Media Analyst will work alongside our Media, Social, Strategy, and Creative teams to test, measure, and optimize client campaigns. This person will have a firm grasp of paid media channels with a keen eye for problem solving and data story telling.

This position can be remote or based in our Omaha, NE office.

EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in media planning/buying and/or media analytics. This person must have a passion for making the complex simple and be proficient in the analysis of large data sets to develop insights and learnings. Experience with both media planning and hands-on buying and optimization in a DSP is preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respect Your Craft

• Aggregate and analyze data across platforms and sources to develop a complete campaign view, monitor KPIs and report on campaign performance
• Deliver insights from the data and identify top performing channels, messages, and assets
• Advise on and perform necessary campaign optimizations across digital, search, and social platforms
• Ensure campaign assets are properly tagged, tracked, and QA, and that reporting is put in place prior to launch
• Oversee 1st party data and client-side data to connect paid media performance with business results

• Create powerful presentations with data visualization
• Showcase exceptional critical thinking, balancing the analytical with the creative

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams, including Public Relations, Social Media, Strategy, Account Leadership and Creative

• Prioritize projects and work to ensure deadlines are met (internal and external)
• Build relationships and trust with senior level clients (think like an executive, question like a marketer)
• Demonstrate a self-starter attitude
