SCOPE & BASIC FUNCTION:

A Pro C operator is responsible for quality, throughput, and safety of multiple processes and takes pride in his/her flexibility and proficiency in servicing the customer. The elements of a Pro C operator’s responsibility are:

• Performance of processes at or beyond standard (100% + efficiency)
• Manufacturing quality parts as defined by product specification and documentation
• Complying with the safety policies of the company and working to achieve an accident free environment

A Pro C operator participates in the continuous efforts to improve our process and quality so that Woodstream can successfully meet the customers’ expectations. As such, they will exhibit the following behaviors:

• Identify problem areas that are focused on Throughput, Quality, and Safety
• Participate with Manufacturing and Engineering team members to define issues, suggest solutions
• Successfully implement chosen solution both individually and as part of the team

A Pro C operator is part of a team, their performance impact that of their teammates and Woodstream’s ability to support the customer’s needs. Therefore, C operators will conduct themselves accordingly:

• Interact with all teammates toward the accomplishment of throughput, quality, and safety goals
• Provide quality training to facilitate team skills development

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/OTHER SKILLS:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
