In our effort to meet the demand for door-to-door airport shuttle service along the Wasatch Front, we are excited to offer to qualified individuals an opportunity to be in business for themselves but not by themselves.

Express Shuttle does all the marketing, advertising, taking of reservations and dispatching. You, the independent contractor, contract to transport passengers with high quality customer service in an immaculate van that you can be proud of because you own and operate it yourself.

We invite you to look closely at the opportunity by riding with an existing owner/operator, touring our facilities, and examining data showing an average income potential of $30,000 to $70,000 per year. A qualified individual will have customer service experience, loves to drive, is capable of finding quickly by map, and enjoys serving the public.

We operate almost 24 hours a day. All shifts are currently available. We prefer individuals with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive passengers safely to their destination, in variable traffic and weather conditions
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a safe enjoyable ride, loading and unloading luggage
• Be a Utah ambassador by conversing positively and professionally with guests
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Dispatch and Desk employees
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness at all times
• Account for payments and number of passengers for the shift

Requirements:

• 25 years or older
• Must be eligible to be commercially insured (usually needs to be over 25 years old)
• Be able to qualify for a TSA security badge (background check)
• Be willing to acquire and brand a Toyota Sienna
• Great customer service skills
• Able to listen and follow instructions correctly
• Punctuality
• Professional attitude
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Lift up to 50 lbs

Drivers receive a portion of their earnings through tips. Our team of reservationists and our online system remind our customers of the importance of recognizing your good work with a gratuity.

For winter season 2019-20, our base hourly rates are from $10 to $12.50 depending on relevant experience.

About Canyon Transportation

Canyon Transportation offers passenger ground transportation services between the Salt Lake City airport, ski resorts and other destinations within a fifty-mile radius of the airport.
It provides a diverse range of employment opportunities, year-round, seasonal (winter), part-time and full-time, for all shifts.

Pay: $15 - $25 / hour
