Sales Representative - Home Improvement

SRS Exteriors is currently looking to add to our sales team in the North Chicago Suburbs to meet with homeowners and discuss their exterior construction projects, and provide products and solutions to fit what their needs. We provide leads to you as pre-qualified appointments.

SRS Exteriors offers a comprehensive training program on our products (gutters, windows, siding and roofing) and services we offer, and the sales skills you need in order to meet with, and sell to homeowners within a few days, so you can start making money immediately.

Compensation:

Realistic opportunity to make $65,000 (Base plus commission) in your 1st year.

Opportunity to make over $100K.

Fuel reimbursement.

Qualifications:

• Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers.
• Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof when necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Detailed, organized, and good time management.
• Accurate math and measuring skills.
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities & duties of the position:

• Meeting directly with homeowners and discussing their exterior construction projects with them.
• Inspecting & documenting homes during inspections.
• Creating estimates & measuring home exteriors.
• Show samples and give pricing.
• Ask for the homeowner for their business.
