We are currently adding Psychiatrists to our growing team!

About the Psychiatrist Role:

• Outpatient
• No required call
• Opportunity to work with Adult patients
• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management
• Reasonable Schedule: Minimum 1-hour initial evaluations, 30-minute follow-up/Med management appointments

About the Practice:

• With locations throughout West Virginia the Martinsburg clinic will be coming online in 2023
• Full time and part-time roles available with flexible schedules
• Office based outpatient
• Hybrid model available (30% - 50% telehealth)
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians who are providing psychotherapy services

About You:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Licensed to practice in West Virginia (or willing to obtain a license)
• Willingness to take a clinical leadership role including supervision of Advance Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs) is a plus
• Interest in Interventional Psychiatric Treatments including TMS (Neurostar TMS equipment), ECT and Ketamine, Esketamine treatment is welcome. (experience is not necessary we will train you)

Salary/Benefits:

• $300,000+
• Compensation includes an initial base salary, productivity incentives, retention bonus and a supervisory stipend (if supervising APRNs)
