Property Inspect is in search of an outbound sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset located in the upstate South Carolina region. Please note we are looking for this candidate to be located in the Greenville, Spartanburg, or Travelers Rest area. Candidates not in this geographic location will not be considered.
Property Inspect is a global provider of inspection software (SAAS) with operations in the US, England, Europe, and South Africa. We are looking for a strong communicator who is comfortable contacting leads over the phone, via e-mail, in-person, or via video conference and can learn and adapt quickly. Our expectation is that the incumbent will consistently meet departmental goals while maintaining high customer/client satisfaction. You will need to demonstrate a track record of excellence as a team player who is also self-motivated, reliable, and coachable.
What you'll do:
- Primary duty will be outbound sales prospecting and handling sales-qualified leads through phone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.
- A key component to selling our software product and service is learning the software and working with the current customer base.
- Collaborate with the global team to identify opportunities, and plan and execute customer growth.
- Learn the Property Inspect product and service from top to bottom.
- Consistently log and update sales activities in the company-specific CRM
- Handle a large volume of social networking, relationship building, and lead generation while managing your sales pipeline through the various sales development stages.
- Attend weekly department meetings either via video conference or in person.
- The perfect candidate will be comfortable reaching out to prospective customers on the phone and via email, and he or she will be confident in responding to inquiries that come in through chat features.
- The role requires persistence, attention to detail, and a consistent focus on results.
- Must be willing to attend 1-3 trade shows per year in various parts of the country (travel)
- We are looking to hire a full-time position but are willing to consider a part-time position if the person is the right fit.
Our ideal candidate:
- A hunter that does not need to be micromanaged.
- Familiarity with the following areas would be useful but is not required. Commercial and/or residential real estate, property management, home inspection market, facility management, hospitality.
- Familiarity with APP-based software systems would help but is not required.
- We are in search of a sales professional located in the upstate South Carolina region, ideally Greenville, Spartanburg, Travelers Rest, or surrounding areas. (applicants must be located in this area)
- This job is 60%- 75% remote, working from home. (potentially opening an office in the Greenville area)
