Job description
The Orthodontic Scheduler will support New England Family Dentistry’s Orthodontic program working from our corporate office in Marlborough. They will make outbound calls, answer phone calls, and fulfill schedule set up while sustaining high levels of customer service. Call Center Representatives report directly to the Orthodontic Scheduleing Manager.
* offering a $500 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment
Ortho Scheduler Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
· Check eligibility for all starts/new patients.
· Confirm appointments for starts/new patients.
· Maintain current insurance requirements and forms.
· Offer guidance to the designated orthodontic administrative employee in each office.
· Ensure production expectations are met (i.e. $15,000 production daily goal)
· Confirm completion of tasks (daily set up, start sheet, claim of day, collection updates) of designated orthodontic administrative employee.
· Oversee/update Orthodontic Excel Sheet; follow up with pending appointments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
