Job Summary

Hi. I am Dr Doug Knight of Knight Orthodontics with offices in Louisville and Radcliff, Kentucky. We are looking for someone like you to add to our team because, like any good practice, we are growing.

Are you cheerful and easy to be around but highly disciplined?

Yes, we know that sounds like a contradiction, but those are the characteristics of our most successful chairside orthodontic assistants

You have to be cheerful because, well, that’s just who we are.

And you have to be disciplined because we have a very precise and exacting orthodontic process. The result of over 25 years of research and refinement and hard work. We have the knowledge about making straight teeth, healthy jaw joints, balanced beautiful faces and teeth that function like they should so they can last a lifetime. This is healthcare at its finest because it has lasting effects for your patients’ entire lives. And yeah, we are pretty proud of it.

Your job chairside is to work with the Dr and patient. You carry out instructions quickly and easily with your head while caring for the patient with you heart. You make sure your patients have great experiences while teaching them what to know and what to do to care for their new smiles. You make them feel special because they are.

If you have experience and training, great! Be prepared to learn a whole lot more. Of course, you enjoy that because you like increasing your knowledge and abilities. But if you don’t have experience and training, we’ll teach you everything you need to know to perform at this level and care for your patients one smile at a time. Naturally, you are good with your hands and enjoy the details of doing it right.
