Job description
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Provide customer service via email and over the telephone for all regions.- Partner with Sales and Service Managers to resolve customer order inquires and issues.
- Basic customer service skills including processing order requests via email and fax.
- Submits purchase order correction requests.
- Provides product availability and pricing.
- Knowledge of EDI and other order processing functions and procedures such as creating SOPs for order processing.
- Processing credits and rebills as required.
- Proactively communicate on availability issues for urgent requests.
- Work closely with the Order Trafficking team to facilitate customer on time shipments.
- Function as a back-up CFL Advocate for other regions when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
WHAT WE SEEK
- Must be able to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task.
- Must take direction well, and follow instructions carefully, but also must be comfortable using common sense and personal judgment to help determine the validity of a customer claims.
- Good written and pleasant verbal communication skills.
- Must have 2 years’ experience delivering customer service with a positive attitude and cheerful disposition.
- Must be able to type 50 WPM.
- High school education or equivalent.

Expected hourly rate is $21.00 - $23.00.
