We are currently looking to add an Entry-Level Data Entry / Order Entry Coordinator to our dynamic Order Entry Team ON SITE in Ronkonkoma!

Data / Order Entry Responsibilities:

• Process all orders accurately and efficiently with the utmost attention to detail
• Work closely with all customer service representatives, production staff, and other team members – handling orders from start to finish.
• Review incoming orders for completeness and accuracy; resolve discrepancies
• Escalate orders when needed to ensure issues are identified and resolved
• Stay informed and up to date on new products, services, and policies
• May perform other duties and participate in other projects as required by the department

Data / Order Entry Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
• Ability to identify and solve problems; solutions oriented
• MUST be able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven production environment
• Capable of multi-tasking and working on various computer systems simultaneously
• Ability to write clearly and concisely; organizes thoughts effectively
• Excellent communication skills a must!
