Support Services Consultant
Argano is seeking qualified candidates with strong Oracle EPM/BI technical experience for the position of Support Services Consultant in our Vision Practice.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assessing and resolving client support issues that are submitted via Argano’s Support portal
- Monitor Support portal for open tickets from clients and reply promptly to all requests
- Provide assistance to Sales team regarding Support Service offerings.
Job Requirements:
- Must be well-organized, detailed oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service focused with strong verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to work in a team environment and work in collaboration with different people throughout the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Standard work hours are from 8AM – 5 PM local
- Requires candidate to be available to work late night and weekend hours as needed
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of implementation experience or hands-on administration with Oracle EPM/BI solutions is required
- Experience with Oracle Planning Cloud (previously PBCS or EPBCS) preferred
- Experience with Oracle Financial Close and Consolidations (FCC) Cloud preferred
- Experience with Oracle Data Management or FDMEE desired
- Experience with Smart View required
- Experience with Narrative Reporting desired
- Experience with Essbase (on prem or cloud) preferred
- Experience with Oracle Account Reconciliation (ARCS)
- Business-related Degree or MBA preferred
Additional Details:
The candidate must reside in the United States but can be located in any state. While this position is primarily a work-from-home role, qualified candidates should be available, when safe, to travel as required upon client request.
The base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $160,000 commensurate with experience. Argano also offers a performance-based bonus and strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Parental Leave and Flexible Time Off.
