POSITION

NEW OPENING IN HAMBURG, NEUER WALL

We are looking for retail talents with passion and drive for our new boutique in Hamburg. As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You are the ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Boutique Operations

  • Provide an efficient service to all sales associates, but not limited to preparation of products, advising on stock availability, training on products and their features/accessories
  • Ensure sufficient availability of products on the shop floor
  • Perform stocks transfers between stores when needed
  • Check the receipt of products returned by customers

Stock related Performance

  • Open and check the content of deliveries, prepare transfers and rebalancing, ensure stockroom maintenance & restocking, execute prices changes, contribute to prepare and conduct cycle counts
  • Manage deliveries & all inventory movements (cycle counts, consignments & loans, price changes, etc.)
  • Realize the administrative follow up of Care Services and support salesteam on key procedures
  • Manage supplies ordering (consumables, uniforms, etc.)
  • Have knowledge and show respect of key policies, processes and all « back-office » tools
  • Supervise all tasks and procedures relating to shipping / receiving, cycle counts, overall inventory management
  • Review Care Services Reports and initiate action plan as needed
  • Supervise till operations
  • Monitor supplies needs (monthly analysis)
  • Ensure overall staff training and new hire onboarding on processes & systems


PROFILE

  • You have good knowledge of the stock/supply chain processes and experience in a similar role for at least 2 years
  • You are an empathic and agile talent, that has already discovered the field of retail or hospitality
  • You have a strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion and the Maison
  • You have the ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment
  • You speak english and german, another language on top is a plus
