Job description
**This position is based out of our North Palm Beach office**
The Operations Analyst is responsible for coordinating and managing business intelligence tools and performing data analysis. Perform in-depth analysis to establish a technical proficiency across common data & analytics. This position will provide analytical and administrative support to operations.
What you will be doing
Manipulates raw data for analysis
Develops ideas that will improve production
Ensure all internal systems are updated to include findings, documentation, and recommendations
Deliver in-depth ad hoc analyses to diagnose performance issues and guide strategic initiatives
Assist in preparing forecasts, tracking reports, project management, budgets, and projections.
Analyze and review property costs and payroll expenditures.
Analyze and review variable budgets.
Review Monthly profit and loss statements.
Research P&L irregularities and trends.
Prepare budget package for operational teams and review analysis.
Provides monthly reporting to operations.
Manipulates raw data for analysis
Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
Perform other duties as assigned

Must have good problem-solving techniques
Strong technical and analytical skills to gather, analyze, organize & communicate
Ability to simultaneously manage several complex projects and meet deadlines under pressure while working under limited supervision and maintaining accurate attention to detail
Enjoy analyzing data and have strong problem-solving skills
Be able to multitask and Ability to work in a fast-pace and high-volume environment
Proficient data entry and computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office (strength in Excel)
Attention to detail
Must be able to set priorities and accomplish a task within strict time limitations
