Position Overview:

To keep up with our growth BCM One is looking for an Onboarding Specialist I to join our growing SkySwitch Onboarding team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will support the onboarding of new and existing SkySwitch partners, acting as a trusted advisor and resource throughout the onboarding process. We're seeking a motivated individual who is the right mix of a UCaaS technician, customer advocate, product champion, and problem-solving enthusiast. The ideal candidates thrive in a team environment, have experience in developing and mentoring customers, possess strong communication and project management skills and is passionate about delivering a great customer experience. This position can be remote or hybrid, based out of the following office locations: Grand Rapids Michigan, Herndon Virginia, Alpharetta Georgia, Blue Bell Pennsylvania


What you will do:

  • Support and manage the onboarding process for new and existing partners
  • Play a key role in the new partner onboarding process, acting as a point of contact for partner technical training and initial installation efforts
  • Be able to assist Partners in defining their provisioning and implementation processes to ensure alignment of deliverables and steps required from Site Survey to Delivery
  • Develops a basic understanding of Skyswitch products and services, and their usage by our Partners and their customers
  • Participates in training and development of SkySwitch Partners as needed
  • May assist in the preparation and maintenance of onboarding materials, as required
  • Maintain professional interaction with customers, suppliers and employees
  • Report on key metrics across multiple projects
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by manager


What you will need:

  • Bachelors degree or comparable experience is required
  • 2+ years experience in customer service or customer facing role
  • 2+ years experience in telecom delivery service coordination or project management
  • Experience provisioning various makes & models of VoIP gateways and IP Phones
  • Proficient with Microsoft office suite and online webinar tools
  • Experience with CRM platforms is desired
  • Capable of distilling complex processes and solutions into concepts consumable by Partners not familiar with hosted VoIP solutions
  • Demonstrable understanding of VoIP, Cloud Services, and the telecommunications industry
  • Strong knowledge of service delivery (implementation of customer services from site survey to go-live status)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
