Position: Office Manager

Company: Switch Electric - Loenbro, LLC

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Reports To: Division Leader

Position Overview:

The office manager will organize and coordinate office procedures, including the on-boarding of newly hired employees. This position will be responsible for compiling timecards and ensuring accuracy in a timely, efficient manner. This position will work closely with the accounting department and will be the liaison with the corporate accounting office.

Job Duties:

  • Provides administrative support for the Phoenix office and personnel
  • Process timecards from field and office staff and accurately report time, coded to appropriate job by payroll deadline
  • Maintains Payroll and AR/AP information
  • Assists Accounting Manager, Controller and branch personnel as necessary
  • Assists in the monthly closing process
  • Prepares analysis of accounts as required
  • Performs on-going filing and copying tasks
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working in an office environment
  • Accounting or business degree or applicable work experience preferred
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent Attention to detail
  • Strong math skills
  • Multi-tasking capabilities
  • Exceptional communication both verbally and written
  • Outstanding customer service skills

Work Environment:

  • Located in a busy and open area office
  • Long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers
  • Lifting of supplies and materials
  • Constant interruptions
  • Hours of intense concentration
  • Must be able to see to read documents and computer screen for a variety of office functions

Expected Hours:

  • 40-50 Hours per week

  • Education: Switch Electric, LLC will determine financial contribution for employees pursue of education, upon receiving information such as costs and schedule of classes.
  • Profit Sharing Company: Switch Electric will determine profit sharing after the end of the fiscal year
