We are a growing e-commerce retailer of luxury bedding, table linens, bath towels, and rugs. We seek a full-time office manager with strong computer skills for our business. If you are computer savvy, have excellent telephone manners, and are a good communicator, we want to hire you! Since 2005, Fine Linen and Bath has been working hard to make it easy for our customers to purchase everything they need for their bedrooms, bathrooms, and dining rooms.

As our office manager, you will contribute to Fine Linen and Bath's success by being on the front lines in keeping the business moving forward. You will thrive in a diverse, inclusive, and fun environment, spending the majority of your time doing the following:
What you will be doing:

  • Answer phones and either assist customers directly or redirect them to a team member for assistance.
  • Reply to customer emails about order and shipping questions.
  • Manage sales and use tax documents of trade customer accounts.
  • Place orders on vendors B2B systems to fulfill customer orders.
  • Run Payroll for overseas employees.
  • Process swatch order requests.
  • Order supplies as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff.
  • Assist with other admin duties as needed.

If you are:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and QuickBooks.
  • Have excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Have Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have Strong organizational and planning skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,500.00 - $49,500.00 per year
