Overview:
RES is looking for a professional task-oriented individual to assist the company’s Orlando, FL team with administrative, clerical, and office coordination duties. Applicant must be capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks. The applicant should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, quick to learn, flexible and a team player.
What your day-to-day might look like?:
You could expect to spend a significant portion of your day managing the front desk, which could include greeting vendors and visitors, assisting with incoming calls, and shipping and receiving.

You may also be responsible for final document production, such as letters, reports, and envelopes, as well as typing services, proof reading and file conversion.

You may be asked to assist with the maintenance of the office space, including ordering supplies and keeping the area clean and organized. Additionally, you may be asked to assist with tracking equipment and organizing fleet maintenance.

Finally, you may be called upon to assist as an event planner for company meetings and visitors. This could involve tasks such as ordering lunch, making reservations, and coordinating logistics
Qualifications:
We would love to talk to you if you have the following:
  • High School Diploma or other work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally with a diverse audience
What will make you stand out?
  • Experience in Salesforce and/or other PRM software is a plus
  • Background in environmental science, ecosystem services, contracting or sales
