Job Description:
In the Accounting Clerk role you will assist the accounting team in a variety of ways, including but not limited to auditing, maintaining accounts, collecting and processing payments, and submitting monthly reports. Additionally, other important tasks include maintaining the accuracy of employee parking accounts, the auditing of transient revenue and tickets, and miscellaneous operational audits throughout the month.
Compensation:
$1,000 hiring bonus!
Hourly Rate (paid bi-weekly): $19.00 / hr

Required Skills & Competencies:
SP+ is looking for a great person to support the accounting department who has the following skills and competencies:
- Outstanding moral and ethical values; willing to admit mistakes and to learn and grow from them
- Excellent customer service skills, including written and verbal communication
- Detail Oriented with the ability to accurately carry out data entry projects and meet deadlines
- Superior multi-tasking skills
- Strong Excel skills, including the ability to write formulas and format data
- Comfortability with the Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.) and Microsoft Office
- Great communication skills
- Tech savvy with a desire to learn our proprietary systems (training provided)
- A/P & A/R experience is desired
- AS400 & Oracle experience is a plus.
