This role is responsible for waiting on customers, sales order entry, credit entry and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities Overview - Office Associate
● Greet customers promptly at counter and answers questions as needed.
● Utilize excellent customer service skills
● Enters sales orders and credit information for customer
● Maintains accurate cash drawer and various other administrative duties.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements - Office Associate
● Office and administrative experience
● Customer service or experience
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Oral and written communications skills
● Rotating retail schedule includes some nights and week-ends
