The Office Assistant role is located in the Framingham, Massachusetts HealthDrive corporate office. The Office Assistant must be available for a fully in-person position. The starting pay rate for this role is $15.00-17.00 per hour. Responsibilities:

The Office Assistant's primary duties will include:
Labeling of received faxed documents- Opening, distributin,g and processing mail
- Scanning paper documentation received
- Research returned mail addresses
- Checking voicemails and answering service messages
- Call center coverage
- Mailings
- Other projects as assigned
Education requirement: high School diploma or equivalent.
