Job description

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management by handling office tasks, providing professional assistance via phone, & e-mail, coordinating vendor relationships, material ordering, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Candidates should be professional, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Administrative assistants must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, administrative assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, coordinating inventory tracking, and vendor supply ordering.
  • Providing real-time manufacturing floor support by assisting with computerized tasks.
  • Using internal manufacturing and inventory software to generate reports and review accounting entries.
  • General bookkeeping and interaction with QuickBooks Online.
  • Analyze data to look at trends and find problems.
  • Optimize business workflows.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and in-person.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 5:00 PM

Travel – Travel is not expected for this position.

Preferred Education and Experience -

  • Associate’s Degree in a related field or prior administrative experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially data entry and .

Additional Eligibility Qualifications - None required for this position.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance - Must be eligible to work in the United States
