Your Opportunity
The Director of Offer Management helps own and execute on the vision for Digital Offer Management & Wealth Solutions: “Create a world where everyone has equal and easy access to quality financial advice.” They will be responsible for building, managing, and evolving rep and client experiences in financial planning and other specialty wealth services. This work spans the entire lifecycle of experience design from identifying client needs and building business cases, to driving development and products to market in collaboration with product owners.
The Director will work closely with and report to the Director for Financial Planning. The Director will also support the Director for Wealth Services Strategy.
The Digital Offer Management & Wealth Solutions team includes a mix of experience design and offer management roles. This Director will play an integral role in shaping the future of advice delivery for Schwab, driving growth, deepening client engagement at scale, and serving the firm’s mission of improving client’s financial outcomes.

The Director of Offer Management will work across a wide range of stakeholders to set a target state vision, design core experiences, define requirements, and prioritize business needs. They will lead product design and risk management, partnering with technology to support the creation of financial planning and wealth management experiences. Cross-enterprise leadership and influence is crucial to the success of this role as well as a passion for and experience with creating and evolving offers to drive measurable outcomes.
To accomplish this, the Director will develop a deep understanding of the competitive environment, current state gaps and client needs, as well as how digital experiences connect to omni-channel strategy. The role requires regularly developing compelling, clear presentations for senior leadership that can be used to influence the strategic direction of the client experience.
What you have
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred- 4+ years relevant experience in or including Financial Services Industry
- Understanding of and experience with the product development lifecycle and agile practices to build exceptional client experiences and drive measurable outcomes
- Track record of designing and implementing end-to-end experiences that achieve superior results for the end user at scale
- Ability to make significant progress with minimal direction and to make decisions, pivot, and structure pathways forward in the face of ambiguity
- Experience in successfully gathering data and synthesizing insights to understand client needs, attitudes, and emotions and inform design and positioning of products and services
- Leadership and relationship-building skills, including ability to influence and build consensus across experience design, product, technology, marketing, regulatory, and other areas of the firm and all levels of the organization
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to effectively present to all levels of the organization, including senior management
- Strong client focus and the ability to effectively build relationships, establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence
