• Position Summary:
• Under the supervision of the Therapy Manager, the therapist evaluates patients, plans, implements, and modifies treatment programs according to age appropriateness, participates in discharge planning, performs administrative duties, participates in QI, pursues professional growth, assists with student education and performs other duties as assigned.
• II. Position Requirements:
• A. Licensure/Certification/Registration:
• State of Colorado OT License; NBCOT
• BLS through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• B. Education:
• Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy - Required
• C. Experience:
• Prefer 6 months.
• D. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Evaluative and treatment skills commensurate with formal education. Organizational, documentation, communication skills with ability to document on computer.
