DISPATCH AGENCY/ TRUCKING COMPANY LOOKING FOR O/O WITH OWN AUTHORITY.

POWER ONLY NO TRAILER NEEDED!!

If your having trouble staying loaded with your current Dispatcher or its too much on you trying to secure your own loads and drive also.

We could potentially be your solutions. We are able to keep your truck/trucks rolling because we have established reliable contacts with the freight & the miles.

Having us as your Dispatch Agency you are setting your company up for long term success.

Team Operations are our specialty, if your a solo operation you should consider bringing on a partner. You have the potential to double your revenue per week. But either way we accommodate solo Operations as well.

We are selective about who we contract on with, we are looking for certain kinds of O/O's and small fleet owners.

IDEAL O/O's WE ARE LOOKING FOR: IF YOU CAN SAY THIS IS YOU BELOW, WE WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU.

1. WILLING TO RUN OTR AND BE ON THE ROAD FOR AT LEAST 14 DAYS. THIS WILL HELP US MAXIMIZE LOADS AND MILES.

2. UNDERSTANDING THERE IS NO SET LANE.

3. WILLING TO RUN HARD AND FOLLOW THE LOADS WHERE NEED BE. NOT FORCED DISPATCH BUT WE TRY TO HAVE THE O/O's PRE PLANNED FOR THE NEXT LOAD, SO BY TURNING DOWN LOADS IT MESSES THE FLOW UP.

4. O/O's WITH GOOD MONEY MANAGEMENT SKILLS. WE LIKE OUR O/O's COMING ON TO HAVE RESERVES FOR DIFFERENT THINGS. THE 2 MOST IMPORTANT ARE FUEL & MAINTENANCE RESERVES.

4A. FUEL RESERVES WE LIKE TO KNOW THE O/O HAS AT LEAST 3 WEEKS WORTH OF FUNDS ONLY FOR FUEL. ROUGH ESTIMATE $5,600 SOLO DRIVER/ $11,250 TEAMS.

4B. MAINTENANCE RESERVES WE LIKE TO KNOW THE O/O HAS AT LEAST $3,000 PUT ASIDE ONLY FOR MAINTENANCE ISSUES, BUT HONESTLY A MORE SAFE AMOUNT IS $5,000. EVERYTHING FROM SHOP LABOR TO PARTS COSTS HAVE WENT UP.

This gives us confidence to proceed, with all parties involved on the same page from the beginning. It gives the new working relationship a higher chance of long term success.

We are able to help O/O's not have to rely on factoring companies, because most all our contacts have 7 Business Day Quick Pay options from submission of paperwork.

Not the standard 30 Day payment terms unless you just want that route. But now you can see why we like to deal with O/O's with the Fuel Reserves because you can cover fuel cost while waiting for payments from loads delivered on the Quick Pay option from the customer rather than factoring.

Saving you anywhere from 2.5 - 4.5% Gross Per Load by not factoring. Quick pay 1.5% VS Factoring 4 - 6% after fees per load. You do the math.
