Roles & Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Use cash register in a skillful and accurate manner
- Accurately sell parking passes, admission tickets, and season passes
- Process season passes and reissue cards as needed
- Welcome guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- Scan all passes, tickets, and wristbands to ensure accurate attendance
- Check bags of Guests to ensure no prohibited items are brought into the park
- Maintain a clean work environment (wiping down counters, vacuuming, sweeping, etc.)
- Assist in other departments as needed
- Perform any additional duties instructed by Lead, Supervisor, or Manager
Other
- Endure long hours of continuous work on your feet
- Capability to lift moderate weight (10-40 lbs)
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, twist, throw
- Maintain confidentiality of park operations and revenue at all times
- Ability to speak comfortably with guests and provide general park knowledge
- Demonstrate basic math skills associated with operating a cash register
- Comply to all uniform policies
- Demonstrate excellent Guest Service
