Our company is looking for highly motivated and energetic employees to join our team of Front Desk Agents. The ideal candidate will have prior front desk experience and possess a strong work history with a focus on customer service. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for many of our corporate hotel guests, so we are interested in hiring individuals who can handle demanding environments and have a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customers' requests.
• Answer customer questions.
• Provide information to customers.
• Take care of payment-related tasks.
• Provide directions to other locations.
• Provide assistance for disabled guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

• Simpsonville, SC 29680: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
