Requirements

• Skill Set: Network Migration and Cyber Security (Post merger, experience with carve outs in M&A)
• Duration (start/end date): 4/1/2023-7/1/2023
• Role detail (what do you need them to do?):
• Phase 1 – Discover. Understand the current information security landscape of the Buyer and compare it with the governance program and controls implemented by the Parent to determine where the security posture will have to be adjusted. Include iSeries, X86, network, and end-use/mobile devices
• Phase 2 – Advise. Define the future state for each identified gap and recommend corrective actions, considering regulatory/compliance requirements of the business (e.g., SOC2, etc.)
• Phase 3 – Oversee. Provide program management and oversight over the implementation of tooling and services across the infrastructure.
