The National Mgr. of Asset Utilization will be assigned to support the FMS Enterprise and National Sales Team. In this role, the NMAU will have the responsibility for assisting the team by providing support to manage the assets and fleet assigned to specific Enterprise and National Accounts.
This role will work with the assigned National Sales professionals, field operators, asset management and support functions to ensure all account related items and concerns are addressed promptly and diligently.
This position requires a higher level of reporting, data analytics, predictive fleet planning/utilization and optimization. The job will require the assistance of development, implementation, execution of action plans to manage the fleet assets of very large complex Enterprise and National Accounts. There will be redeployments of assets, early terminations and replacements that will need to be managed by this position. Reports will be generated from GeoTab showing idle or underutilized assets within the fleet operation.
An integral part of this position is managing asset utilization strategies that ensure increased utilization and optimization of the Enterprise National Account’s fleet, while adhering to Ryders’ Policies and Procedures for management of assets.
