Key Responsibilities
- Open Houses. Work with site team to plan, schedule, manage logistics, build out in Marketo, send promotions, manage RSVP's, internal communications and report. (20-22 per year/Spring and Fall)
- RCA Academy (Virtual and Onsite). Work with key internal staff to plan, schedule, build out in Marketo, send promotions, manage RSVP's, internal communications and report (12 + per year)
- Special Events (Onsite). Manage and track special events, collaborate with alumni and sites; manage master schedule, coordination, report
- Regularly monitor, report and optimize for all events
- Managing Collateral Inventory keeping Intranet and outside supplier site up-to-date
- Assist in editing/proofing collateral, content, ads, messaging
- Assist in development and execution of marketing campaigns, including setup, project timelines, coordination, messaging development and reporting
- Work with Manager to support and determine content and RCA experts for weekly radio show
- Conduct and document ongoing competitive intelligence as required for the marketing team
- Support manager and marketing team in miscellaneous projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in marketing, events management, campaign marketing advertising
- Event Management experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Above average writing skills
- Highly organized & detail oriented
- Ability to adapt to constantly changing needs
- Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet quick-turn deadlines
