Position Summary:
As part of a 2 year trainee program the successful candidate will be exposed to all areas of MSI’s multifamily business, working directly with senior members of the team on business development, account management and other opportunities within our growing organization
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with a high GPA, and the personality and skills required to be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment as part of a National business. They will be able to demonstrate a keen interest in insurance and be willing to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a strong client focus and delivering exceptional performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supporting senior leadership with the management and maintenance of existing client relationships and development of new ones
- Assist with the production of high quality presentations and data analysis
- Develop a detailed understanding of the client’s business, as part of developing tailor-made solutions to assist our clients
- Interpret analytical results, in order to evaluate and make recommendations

- Be an awesome, fun person with incredible people skills
- Bachelors in business, marketing, sales, real estate or related fields
- Systematic organizational tendencies. You will need to keep track of multiple processes without dropping the ball.
- Willingless to experiment, make mistakes, learn, and eventually lead.
- Experience in sales, writing, marketing or real estate - major advantage
- Solid control of CRM / collaboration tools - an advantage
