Title: Multi-Unit Operations Manager

Reports To: Vice President of Operations

Role Overview

KPOT Korean BBQ & Hotpot is seeking a hands-on Multi-Unit Operations Manager based in New York to support the development of our restaurant field operations function!

On a day to day they will work side by side with the Head of Operations and franchisees to drive business results in support of operational goals, in addition to ensuring budgetary goals, initiating and leading operational changes, and assisting General Managers in implementing changes that bring positive results. The Multi-Unit Operations Manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring a positive experience for all restaurant guests and staff.

Responsibilities & Duties

The Multi-Unit Operations Manager will be responsible for:

• Ensuring restaurant teams hit their allotted budgets for P&L accountability {sales, comps (discounts), food, liquor, labor, and controllable profit}
• Ensure assigned locations are adherent to brand standards, via regular visits and reporting, following up on corrective action on the restaurant level
• Ensuring all assigned locations are adherent to federal, state, and local guidelines; as well as company policies and procedures
• Confirms all company initiatives are integrated and emphasized to all applicable staff, on the restaurant level
• Perform onboard guidance and new manager training
• Support assigned locations with Human Resources Functions including terminations that are approved
• Each location staffing pars will be established after consulting with the Franchise Partners and/or Operations Managers, and follow up for adherence, where necessary.
• Follow up on Social Media Marketing and Promotional requirements with the location, communication of corrective action to direct report

Qualifications:

• 2+ years prior Full Service Restaurant Management experience
• 2+ years prior bartending experience
• NYC Manager Food Protection Certification
• Proficient in technology applications: POS Systems, Scheduling Platform, purchasing and inventory management software
• Ability to communicate at a high level, professionally
• Understanding of World Class Guest Service
• Valid License in Manager Food Protection from NYC or ServSafe
• Ability to work Weekends and Nights
• Can Travel up to 25% minimum

• Must be a strong communicator, written and verbal
• Strong understanding of industry Technology and Application
• Proficient in G Suite Mail and Application
• A High Level of Attention to Detail
• Ability to create and maintain structure
• Solid Experience with Restaurant Financial Statements
• Conflict Resolution
• Ability to create and maintain structure
• Must be a strong communicator, written and verbal
• Experience as a Bartender and/or Bar Manager is a Must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
