We are looking for a responsible Mover / Delivery Team Member to provide top of the line services to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and independent manner.

Paid training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Moving Team Members:

• Performing pre check inspections on your truck to ensure for a safe and efficient job.
• Performing truck checklists to ensure all needed supplies are in truck prior to job.
• Performing moving services from point A to point B, or internal.
• Have a professional look while wearing company uniform.
• Prepare and wrap furniture prior to transport.
• Load and Unload trucks.
• Use moving equipment such as hand trucks and 4 wheel dollies to maneuver furniture.
• Have a positive and professional attitude.
• Perform top of the line customer service to our customers.
• Report any concerns or issues to your supervisor.
• Communicate with all working parties, communication is crucial and mandatory. Every party must be communicated with and updated with all important information.
• Obtain customer signatures and surveys.
• Weekends are rare, but mandatory. Team Member must be reliable to show up on weekends.
• Overnights are rare, but we do have long distance relocation which are mandatory.
• Clean out trucks for next job.

Delivery/Helper Team Members:

• Performing pre trip truck inspections prior to departure.
• Load the truck with stops for designated route.
• Provide customers with 30 minute pre calls prior to arrival.
• Deliver products with the instructed service level.
• Have great customer services skills.
• Assemble furniture if required per the service level.
• Navigate the different apps used to submit deliveries.
• Overnight routes are mandatory when needed.
• Fill out paperwork completely and obtain signatures.
• Clean trucks out and have ready for the next route.

MUST PASS MVR AND BACKGROUND CHECKS.

Must be capable of performing physical labor for several hours at a time.

Heavy lifting is required.

Schedule is flexible, some days may be shorter or longer than others.

Pay based on experience. We are looking for a responsible Delivery Team Driver to delivery furniture & appliances promptly to our customers. You will need represent our vendor and company in a professional manner.
