Do you have a passion for healthcare and marketing want to make a difference in someone’s life? The Gardens at Taylor Glen Retirement Community located in Concord, NC is seeking an experienced part-time move in coordinator to join the team!

Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate move-ins, transfers, and move outs for Independent Living at The Gardens of Taylor Glen in Concord, NC.
  • Manage the selection of standard options, standard upgrades, and custom upgrades for residences. Synchronize selections and coordinate Taylor Glen’s Maintenance Departments as well as incoming resident’s timeline.
  • Maintain status of all upcoming move-ins by community and communicate with residents, families, and vendors any timeline changes. Manage the timeline to the satisfaction of the resident.
  • Act as primary contact for residents as they transition from being a depositor to becoming a resident. Execute a pre-move checklist and successfully transition new residents to Resident Services.
  • Maintain inventory and status of all Independent Living residences.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Report metric data and statistical information regarding the marketing and sales activities for preparation of weekly and monthly reports by the Marketing Team
  • Mine data within CRM software.
  • Assist with call blitzes.
  • Assist with data entry for AL/SNF Admissions Director when necessary
  • Conduct tours/follow-up with prospective residents/families when needed.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for sales team.

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the colleague must possess fully functioning sense of sigh/hearing or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to allow that job position requirements are fully met. Must be able to lift, carry, stand and walk for long periods of time, bend, squat, crawl, reach, kneel, push, pull, and twist using good body mechanics for sustained periods of time. Must be able to lift/push up to 25 pounds. Must be in good general health and demonstrate emotional stability and socially acceptable behavior to cope with the physical and emotional stress of the position.

Educational/Professional Qualifications:

  • Covid-19 Vaccination Required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience as an administrative assistant in a sales or marketing environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Able to maintain positive working relationships with all employees and managers of the Baptist Retirement Homes of NC and a willingness to “do what it takes.”
  • Experience with project management.
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good follow-through on tasks, assignments, and projects to ensure timely completion, and good attention to detail.

Schedule:

  • part-time, preferably 10a-2pm, Monday thru Friday
