Local community bank in Washington, MO is seeking individuals with a background in loan processing for a full time position. Candidates will be extremely organized with the ability to prioritize projects, be comfortable with multiple interruptions, able to multi-task and work well under pressure, demonstrate excellent communication skills – both written and oral, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail. This position will handle customer inquiries as well as mortgage loan officer inquiries and requests regarding mortgage loan files, maintain loan records, and create loan documents that adhere to mortgage compliance regulations among other duties as required. You will be responsible for ensuring mortgage applications move through the process efficiently and quickly to meet specific deadlines. Experience with mortgage loan processing beneficial but not required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· High School Diploma

· One year of experience in an office environment

· Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Strong time-management skills

· Good understanding of financial institution policies, specifically those related to the mortgage lending function
