The UU World of Children Montessori School is seeking a full-time Montessori Primary Lead Teacher to work with children ages 3-6. We WANT YOU if you are dedicated, interested in a long-term commitment and very responsible, you are a team player who is easy-going, open-minded and young at heart.
At the UU World of Children, you will guide these amazing children in a calm, nurturing environment. You will explore nature and all its mysteries. You will grow and taste the fruits and vegetables in our gardens and discover treasures along our forest paths.

Duties
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Interacts directly and daily with assigned class of students
- Demonstrates effective classroom management
- Is responsible for preparing and maintaining the Montessori classroom
- Gives lessons, both group and individual
- Develops and implements curriculum based on Montessori principles
- Keeps the classroom neat and organized
- Plans and oversees special activities, classroom celebrations, etc.
- Assesses students' progress weekly
- Keeps records of lessons given to students and monitors their progress
Requirements
The candidate MUST have a Montessori Certification in Early Childhood (ages 3-6)
