Wireless Retail Mobile Expert
Compensation: Up to $17 per hour

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for assisting new and existing customers.
- Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
- Handle customer situations and making equitable decisions for the customer and the company.
- Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events.
- Perform other duties as assigned by sales management.
- Participate as a “team player”, constantly supporting other team members.
- Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
- Creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction.
Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to speak English face-to-face and over the phone with one or more individuals
- Must be able to read and interpret technical product materials, T-Mobile and Launch Wireless policies and procedures in English.
- Must be able to manipulate a computer keyboard with accuracy.
- Must be able to access and utilize proprietary and non-proprietary programs on the computer.
- Must be able to manipulate a computer keyboard with accuracy.
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours or more on a daily basis.
- Must be able to Lift and carry 25 pounds on a daily (or weekly) basis.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must be age 18 and obtained high school diploma or GED required - 2 year Mobile Expert degree preferred.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service background.
- Candidates must possess proven communication skills.
- Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
