Skyhawks Sports Academy is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated coaches to join our team for our Mini-Hawk summer sports camp. Mini-Hawk is designed for younger children aged 4-7 who are just starting to develop their interest in sports. As a coach, you will be responsible for providing a positive and engaging environment that helps our young campers build a solid foundation in sports while having fun.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fun and engaging sports activities for young children
• Teach basic skills and techniques of various sports, including soccer, basketball, and baseball
• Provide a positive and safe environment for all campers
• Foster a love of sports and encourage teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with campers and their families
• Attend all staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

• Passion for sports and working with young children
• Experience working with children of various ages and abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to pass a background check
