REI Systems is looking for a bright, creative, and passionate graphic designer with a portfolio demonstrating skills in marketing, typography, infographic, and video to join the Creative Services team. Our creative services team supports a range of projects for marketing, internal communications, branding, and proposal efforts. We are experts at bringing communications to life producing digital artwork, technical illustrations, infographics, print materials, branding for products and events, advertising, websites, videos, photography, and more. We are looking for a great candidate and are open to either a mid-level or senior designer based on qualifications and portfolio.

• 
  Design a variety of materials to promote REI Systems including, but not limited to, social graphics & advertisements, digital banners, landing pages, printed collateral, flyers, posters, event banners, presentations, etc.
• Conceptualize and design visually compelling marketing campaigns that run across various platforms/mediums.
• Transform complex technical content into modern, intuitive proposal graphics from conception to finalization.
• Take pre-recorded footage/demos and edit together in Adobe Premiere, including cleaning up audio, modifying visuals, and adding text overlays for proposal support.
• Create, edit and produce digital video content for both internal & external efforts.
• Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders at strategic meetings to capture the story or solution, then develop a visually compelling product.
• Ability to manage multiple projects /deadlines simultaneously.
• Effective and competent communicator while presenting to internal and external clients.
• Iteratively incorporate feedback from other designers, leadership and clients to meet client expectations.
• Demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and solid time management in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Understand REI corporate brand and advocate for maintaining brand and identity in all projects, products, and websites.
• Provide artistic direction for photo and video shoots when leading projects.
• Prefer a candidate that has some videography and photography experience and be able to go to the office in-person to capture videos for production.
• Prefer a candidate that can create motion graphics for marketing videos, internal communication materials and proposal submissions.
• Prefer a candidate that has some experience with editing web content on Wordpress or HubSpot.

• Mid-Level Designer: 3-5 years of industry experience, federal IT is a plus.
  Senior-Level Designer: 5-7 years of industry experience, federal IT is a plus.
• BA / BS / BFA in graphic design, communication design, or interactive design
• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite—specifically: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere.
• Experience in After Effects is a strong plus.
• Experience in Wordpress & HubSpot are a plus.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must understand the importance of process and best practices in the design field to lead and justify creative approach and strategy in all interactions.
• Excellent self-management skills—ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize work and schedule, and communicate with clients on expectations to meet all deadlines.
• Must have strong attention to detail, be collaborative, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with technical solution graphics for client presentations and proposals.
• Must be comfortable communicating, collaborating, and presenting to clients.
• Experience working on a proposal team and developing proposal graphics is a plus.
• Occasional overtime may be required in order to meet scheduled deadlines.
