Seeking Part-Time MH Psychiatrist to work in our Dayton Office.

Job Responsibilities Include:

· Provides direct patient care substance use and co-occurring other psychiatric disorders both in-person or/and via telemedicine

• Safely and effectively starts treatment with FDA-approved medications for substance use disorders, including buprenorphine for treatment of opioid use disorder, and manage the early induction and stabilization phase of care with close follow-up.
• Works closely with Mahajan medical team, Clinical Director, and other team members, including advanced practice nurses, to ensure seamless integration of medical services with whole-person support services.
• Ensures medical care and documentation are in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations and Joint Commission and CARF accreditation standards.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and peer reviews

Qualifications:

• State of Ohio MD, DO
• Unrestricted license to practice in at state of Ohio
• Active DEA license and X waiver
