Position Title: Mental Health Therapist II/III

FLSA Status: Full time/ Hourly will include 10- or 12-hour shifts, overnight hours including weekends.

Location: Fort Collins, CO

Position Summary: Provide clinical crisis intervention services to monitor and direct compliance with rules, guidelines, and directives for clients within a 24-hour crisis services location in north Fort Collins. Participate as a member of the service delivery team to provide walk in, mobile, and/or phone evaluations for individuals in crisis. Be able to manage relationships with clients, extensive experience with effective client interventions in crisis. Must be comfortable in coordinating mental health intervention plans and services with other agencies. These services are provided to individuals who are in behavioral health crises and whose needs cannot be accommodated safely in the community or in a less restrictive environment.

Wage Range: Unlicensed Therapist - $41,634.51 to $60,370.05; Licensed Therapist $48,074.17 to $72,111.25.

Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree or license in Human Services field from accredited College or University or equivalent experience. 1-2 years professional experience as a behavioral health clinician in the human services industry.

Preferred: Bilingual/Bi-cultural.

Pay: $41,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
