Job Summary

Mind Matters is a well-established group practice located in Wilmington, NC. We have provided quality behavioral health services to children, adults, couples and families in the Wilmington area for over 20 years. We are seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Provider (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT) to join our growing team. Credentialing with insurance panels is a plus, but not required.

We provide a variety of services for you so you can focus on your clients including a private office, scheduling, client insurance verification, billing, fee collection, credentialing, marketing and other benefits. Our staff handles all aspects of front office client services, as well as providing a case load. You see your clients and maintain their clinical records and documentation while our office staff takes care of the rest!

Our full time clinicians are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package which includes health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance. We also offer retirement plans and professional liability insurance.

Qualifications and Skills

Must be licensed in North Carolina.

Telehealth options are available for provision of services.

License:

• North Carolina Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Associate Level (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
