Arch Amenities Group, the world's leading fitness firm, is hiring a Membership Consultant for a premier fitness and aquatics facility in southeast Denver. The Membership Consultant provides an exceptional experience for members, guests, and prospects.

$17.29 - $22.00 per hour, plus commission

Responsibilities:

• Provide facility tours to prospective members/sales presentations
• Timely follow-up by phone, face-to-face interactions, and electronic communication.
• Complete paperwork for new members
• Members' account management
• Execute member retention program
• Assist with the development of promotional materials to generate prospects
• Handle telephone solicitation, prospecting
• Participates in scheduled training and meetings
• Ensure the desk and surrounding area is safe, clean, and orderly
• Is timely and punctual when reporting to work
• Tactfully able to communicate and enforce rules with participants
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance High School diploma or GED
• Preferred sales experience in a service-oriented industry
• Strong work ethic
• Possess the ability to prospect new members,
• Possess effective verbal/written communication and expression
• Good listening skills with the ability to show empathy
• Adaptable and flexible under busy and/or unusual situations

• Shifts may include days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
