America’s First Network Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Service Representative (37.50 hours a week) based at our East Hartford location (may assist at other locations in Connecticut as needed). Your schedule will consist of four days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday) 8:45 - 4:15, and Thursday 10:00 – 6:00 with flexibility to cover for staff absences at other locations.

As a full-time MSR, you will assist members with their financial transactions while providing friendly, professional, personal service. The ideal candidate will be well organized, detail-oriented, and accurate, with good communication skills, a general understanding of PCs with Windows-based applications, and calculators. Must have dependable transportation. Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job.
