Our fast growing Medispa is seeking an energetic and passionate professional for the receptionist position. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience greeting customer and clients well, multi-tasking effectively, has attention to detail and performing administrative work such as scheduling and collecting payments. The receptionist position is responsible for handling incoming calls and inquiries, so we are looking for an individual with a strong customer service background and positive attitude.

Ability to work in our Severna Park and Annapolis location is a requirement and working two evening shifts per month (11a-7p).

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and emails.
• Scheduling treatments.
• Collecting payments.
• Managing files and documents.
• Being first point of contact for clients.
• Assisting with organizing company events.
• Assisting with social media posts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
