We are a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Company located in Moreno Valley, we service individuals with a wide variety of disabilities who often times cannot advocate for themselves and in this role your compassion and patience is of the utmost importance. Currently we are seeking four reliable, responsible, and professional individuals to fill our vacant Driver positions, preferably with prior experience.

Schedule:

As of right now the hours are from 10 am - 7 pm three days a week. On occasions you may be asked to come in earlier and/or you may work extended hours. Applicants need to be flexible and able to work a varying schedule, will be working between 24 and 36 hours weekly.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should be at least 23 years old with a minimum of 3 years driving experience. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and no traffic violations or accidents.

Be able to lift at least 100lbs and have no previous injuries

*but most importantly be very patient, courteous, RELIABLE and DEPENDABLE

Responsibilities

• Pick up clients from exact location and time as specified
• Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, sanatized and comfortable for all riders
• Assist clients as needed when entering and exiting vehicle
• Safely secure patients for transport
• Assist with gurney transports
• MUST be Reliable
• Pass a mandatory criminal background test.
• Pass Pre-employment drug test.
• A valid driver’s license & a clean driving record
• Must have a FULLY FUNCTIONAL smartphone

Skills

• Proven experience as a Driver
• Minimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50)
• Familiarity with GPS devices
• Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
• A polite and professional disposition
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
• Must be physically able to step up and down stairs, bend and squat, safely secure clients for transport and lift up to 100lbs+
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (if not, can be provided by employer)

Face masks, gloves, hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are provided for our drivers. Customers are required to wear face masks.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
