Job description
The Powell Companies, LLC is looking to hire a persuasive and customer-oriented Medical Sales Representative to build relationships with and obtain orders from healthcare providers, suppliers, and distributors.
To be successful as the Medical Sales Representative, you should demonstrate excellent negotiation, customer service, and consultative sales skills to continually meet or exceed sales targets.
** This role is 100% commission-based compensation with no cap, so the sky is the limit!**
Responsibilities:
· Cold-call and email potential partners and customers, introducing products and opening conversations
· Schedule meetings with potential customers, including procurement departments, doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and administrators
· Identify customers' needs and crafting pitches and product ideas to fit those needs
· Develop long-lasting relationships with buyers
· Research competitors’ products, pricing, and market success, and utilize findings to boost sales and product offering
· Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to management
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, communications, medical office management, or related field is preferred
· 5 years Sales and/or Medical Industry experience
· Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills
· Effective communication and negotiation skills
· Exceptional customer service skills.
· Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification is preferred.

Pay: $1.00 - $100,000.00 per year
