Medical Receptionist-Orthopaedic / Front Desk (Mission Valley-San Diego)

Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience.

Employment type: Full-time, Monday thru Friday

California Orthopaedic Institute has an immediate opening for an experienced Front Desk Medical Receptionist in our busy, 7 physician orthopaedic practice.

The ideal candidate must have CURRENT medical office front desk/reception experience. Knowledge of electronic medical records, appointment scheduling, insurance, referrals and authorizations is required. A good understanding of HMO's, PPO's, IPA's and Worker's Compensation is also necessary. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. This candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work well with a team.

This position is full-time, Monday thru Friday with an excellent benefit package, including: health insurance, 401k and Vacation/Sick Leave.

Knowledge and experience in the ORTHOPEDIC field is preferred.

CURRENT medical office reception experience necessary, at least 1-2 years preferred.
